Each spring unit is heat-treated for rust prevention and long-term durability. The 800GSM felt layers on both top and bottom surfaces deliver consistent insulation and structure, while a multi-layer comfort system of high-density foams ensures a firm yet responsive sleeping surface.

The top padding includes 30mm of 80kg rebound foam, layered beneath a luxurious 45mm 20kg PU hard foam pillow top, providing plush comfort without compromising support. The bottom padding includes 10mm of 18kg hard foam, enhancing the structural integrity from the base.

Encased in a knitted fabric top cover quilted with soft 20kg foam and Remy backing, the mattress offers breathability and a soft, soothing surface. The anti-skid bottom layer ensures the mattress stays firmly in place, even on smooth bed frames or platforms.

Stabilized by a 3.8mm border wire with M springs and corner supports, this mattress resists sagging and supports long-term use.
