To ensure stability and insulation, a 15mm 18kg hard foam base layer is placed around the perimeter on the bottom side. A multi-needled knitted fabric cover, quilted to 20kg soft foam, rests over 200GSM Melton and 35g/m² Remy, creating a plush and breathable surface.

An anti-skid bottom cover made with 8mm 13kg foam and 17g/m² Remy ensures the mattress stays secure, even on slippery frames. The 60mm 80kg stabilizer foam adds structural integrity around the borders, while the four side handles make lifting and positioning effortless.
