1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products

• Bedding and pillows (for hygiene reasons once opened)

• Customized or special order items

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
