For added stability and insulation, 800 GSM felt layers are placed on both the top and bottom surfaces. The comfort system is carefully layered with high-density foams to provide firmness with controlled cushioning. The top padding includes 30mm of 80kg rebound foam, combined with a 45mm 20kg PU hard foam pillow top, delivering plush comfort without compromising orthopedic support. The base is reinforced with 10mm of 18kg hard foam, strengthening the structure from the bottom.
The mattress is finished with a knitted fabric top cover quilted with soft 20kg foam and Remy backing, offering breathability and a smooth, comfortable sleep surface. An anti-skid bottom layer keeps the mattress securely in place on bed frames and platforms.
For long-term structural stability, the mattress is reinforced with a 3.8mm border wire, M springs, and corner supports, helping prevent sagging and maintain shape over years of use. Side and corner labels ensure easy placement and orientation.
